3-room house 78 m² on 3 levels, stylish and cosy furnishings: 1 room 20 m² with 2 beds and shower/WC. Upper floor: living/dining room with 1 double sofa bed, dining corner and satellite-TV. Open kitchen (2 hotplates, oven, dishwasher). 2nd upper floor (spiral staircase): 1 room with 2 beds and bath/shower/WC.
Property situated in a magical little road in Hradcin (Hradcany), 200 m from the Prague castle (Prazský hrad). Centre 15 minutes on foot historical house, 3 storeys, from the 18th th century, renovated. In a central position, on a side street, in a pedestrian precinct. In the house: central heating. Breakfast possible. Motor access to 50 m from the house. Restaurant 50 m. Metro stop A Hradcanska or tram no. 22 or 23, 800 m. You can park your car at the Hotel Pyramida which is two tram stations away (extra 300,- CZK/day).
Historical city. For arrivals by plane: airport Prag (PRG). Prague is known worldwide as the Golden city. The capital of the Czech Republic is one of the "must see" for tourists in Europe. The town built by Charles IV along both side of the Moldova is divided in several districts: Stare Mesto (old town), Josefstadt (the picturesque Jewish distric), Nove Mesto (new town), Mala Strana (small section) and Hradcany (Hradschin castle) now under the memorial safeguard act. Over 30 theatres and approx 20 music halls, 2 opera houses, for the joy of music and theatre lovers. The " Prager Fruhling" (Prague in Spring) festival takes place every year from middle May to the beginning of June. Many museums, galleries, library and archives. Indoor swimming pools.
